HomeWise broker, Sharon, served on the Ohio Division of Real Estate’s task force drafting the new law covering flat fee. This resulted in a new form in which flat fee brokers present to sellers at listing. Traditional agents now knew and understood what we were doing, and flat fee listing took place in real estate.
